In 2025, we completed an operable wall installation at The Precinct, Pipiri Lane for Black Interiors, designed by Warren & Mahoney.
The project featured two Dorma Variflex 100U semi-automatic operable walls, centrally stacked into a custom-designed cupboard for a clean and space-saving solution. The walls were finished in Autex Cube, delivering a modern, textured aesthetic while maintaining excellent acoustic performance.
A standout feature of this installation is the integrated pass door, which functions as an egress door while seamlessly blending into the operable wall system. The semi-automatic operation ensures smooth, efficient movement of the panels, combining convenience, safety, and design sophistication.
